In 2023, I took a 360-degree career pivot — leaving corporate management to build a mental coaching practice from scratch. Zero network in the elite sport world and never worked with a professional athlete yet.

Today, I coach European Champions, Olympians, and executive leadership teams in 🇫🇷 🇬🇧 🇪🇸.

First Football Coaching Experience
Stepping onto the pitch for the first time as a football coach in France. Discovering my core passion for athlete development, communication, and game composure.
2014 — United States
Coaching & Studying Abroad
Coaching football in the United States while completing my university studies. Immersing myself in American sports culture, athlete psychology, and international living.
2016 — Tech Career
Working for Google & Move to Ireland
Start of my corporate career in Tech, working at Google. Relocating from Paris to Dublin, stepping into high-performing, fast-paced international corporate environments.
2018 — Semi-Pro Football
Irish 3rd Football Division
Coaching at the semi-professional level in the Irish 3rd football division. Managing high tactical stakes, player mindsets, and performance under pressure.
2020 — Sales Management
Corporate Leadership & Move to Spain
Promoted to Sales Manager at Tripadvisor and relocating to Malaga, Spain. Leading corporate teams and driving peak results through structured energy management.
2023 — Mental Coaching Launch
Start of the Mental coaching project & move to Vietnam for a year
Launching my Mental Performance Coaching journey and relocating to Vietnam for a year. Developing science-backed mental routines for individual athletes across the world.
2024 — The 360° Pivot
100% Mental Coaching - Day 1 of My New Life
The 360° career pivot. Definitely leaving corporate management — Day 1 of my new life dedicated 100% to coaching athletes. The same year one of my athletes qualifies for an Olympic final. Moved back to Paris.
2026 — Present
40 Athletes Later — The Adventure Goes On!
Over 40 elite athletes later across European Champions, World Cup podiums, and executive corporate workshops — the adventure continues with full momentum!
